Bootcamp is a challenging workout for your entire body to help increase strength, improve definition, and optimize cardiovascular endurance with calorie-blasting cardio and body-sculpting plyometric moves.

PILATES

Monday 6:00 p.m.
$66 / 6-week session
or $12 drop-in

Pilates helps build flexibility, strength and endurance with an emphasis on the core and lower body.  It helps create long, lean muscles and improves coordination and balance.

*This is a beginner/intermediate class
*Personal training members always pay only $5/class for any class!
