PILATES

Monday 6:30 p.m.
$66 / 6-week session
or $12 drop-in

Pilates helps build flexibility, strength and endurance with an emphasis on the core and lower body.  It helps create long, lean muscles and improves coordination and balance.

*This is a beginner/intermediate class
*Personal training members always pay only $5/class for any class!
*PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON JUNE 1ST AND JUNE 8TH.  CLASS WILL RESUME ON JUNE 15TH.
